Hello West Valley residents! I am Jessica Garcia and I'm honored to be running for the West Valley school board position #2 in 2025. I am a wife and proud mother of five great kids. I have been a small business owner, a registered nurse since 2003, and a Yakima Valley resident since 2009. I have always been an advocate for our communities children. I believe that parents are the authority over their children, not the state. I will strive for transparent school governance, and local control with common sense solutions. I support foundational academics and believe students thrive when families are empowered, and classrooms are safe.
